All insects are on the Hit List, but here are a few you might have seen!

* HOME INSPECTION PROCESS

 * CARPENTER ANTS      We use two different treatment methods for Carpenter Ants depending on the  conditions.  The two types of treatments are residual sprays and baits designed specifically for Carpenter Ants.  Both treatments come with a six month warranty.  Please call or email for specifics and prices.

* COCKROACHES           To treat cockroaches we use a two part method consisting of an I.G.R and baits.  I.G.R. stands for insect growth regulator and it simply stops the cockroaches from reproducing and also stimulates their appetites.  After the I.G.R. has been applied we then apply bait throughout the infested areas.  This treatment comes with a six month warranty.  Please call or email for specifics and prices.

* FLEAS                         To treat fleas we use a three part method consisting of an I.G.R.(insect growth regulator), a residual  and an aerosol.  Due to the nature of the treatment customers will have to leave the home for a minimum of 2 hours.  This treatment comes with a three month warranty.  Please call or email for specifics and prices.

* BEES/WASPS              To treat bees or wasps we use either residual sprays or residual dusts.  Treatments for these insects can vary depending on the situation.  Example: exterior nests on a building, nests inside wall voids, nests under decks This treatment comes with a three month warranty on the treated location.  Please call or email for specifics and prices.

* RESIDUAL EXTERIOR   This treatment consists of spraying the exterior of the home or structure around the foundation and also around each door and window on the ground level.  This treatment is great for keeping insects from gaining access to your home or building by establishing an invisible barrier of protection.  This treatment does not come with a warranty although the products applied are effective for about three months under normal weather conditions.  Please call or email for specifics and prices.
