Rats / Mice

Now nobody wants these guys in their house!  There are a few ways in which we can eliminate rats and mice from your home depending on the condition of the home and the needs of your family.  The different ways to handle them are excluding them from entering your home, trapping them out of your home and also using a baiting system to kill them off.

 *Exclusion  This is the best way to rid yourself of rodents. We inspect your home for any entry points then seal all entry points to prevent rodents from entering your home in the future. Next we place traps in areas of activity to catch all of the rodents currently in your home.  This service comes with a six month warranty against reinfestation.  Please call or email for more specifics and prices.

* Traps & Bait  If it is not possible to do a proper exclusion due to the condition of your home (stone foundations or raised trailer house for example), we may suggest trapping the rodents or bait stations.  Tamper proof bait stations placed around the perimeter of the home are a good way to rid yourself of rodents trying to find ways inside.  Both of these services without an exclusion are not warranteed, however any bait we place on average will last about 3 months.  Please call for specifics and prices.
