Squirrels / Bats

Both of these critters can cause serious problems with your home.  If you have either of these then you already know.

Squirrels can cause damage to your home by chewing small holes into large holes and then nesting, usually inside your roof line.  We do not kill squirrels but rather locate their entry points into your home and place one-way doors so they can get out but not back in.  We will also exclude (close up) any other possible entry points that the squirrel might use.

Bats don't cause structural damage like squirrels, however, they can cause health issues with the build up of their waste in your home. 

 We don't kill bats either.  We find all the entry points into your home then seal all the holes but one and place a bat cone over the hole.  It allows the bats to exit your home but not return.  On occasion we've even removed bats by hand from inside the home!
